Life can be hectic- especially when you have a new baby! I am dedicated to sharing some of my favorite ideas for quick and easy crafts, great recipes I've found, and lots of ideas from across the web to make everyone’s life a little sweeter.
After leaving a hectic and rewarding career in politics, I am now a recent stay at home mom to an adorable, independent and super-curious little boy and a rambunctious black lab. I love to create using my cricut, and find simple ways to brighten up homemade gifts, decorate parties, and entertain friends. I still am involved in a lot of political events in my spare time, and consult for a few people on the side- but my new job as "mom" is the most rewarding thing I could ever do. I enjoy being able to take the time to share fun and inspiring projects with other moms and women like me! Nothing I do is perfect, and I mess up a lot of projects, but I have so much fun showing the people around me I love them by adding little sweet touches to our everyday lives.
I am sometimes joined by my mother, Chris, who is a first time Grandma (little man is the first on both sides- he's one spoiled little guy). Mom is often traveling alongside my dad for his work. When she is at home (or visiting Colorado) she loves to paint, sew, and read. Chris used to paint children’s for Bellini Childrens boutiques, as well as for a high end boutique in Santa Monica kown for celebrity clientele.
